Printing of glass
Our company has extended its' offer by implementation of digital glass printing with ceramic paint. Possibility to print any graphic illustration, photorealistic file and imitate materials such as wood, marble and stone, not only did contribute to extension in the range of offered products, but also caused a rise in ornamental usage. Decorative aspects and performance combined together made this glass a universal and outrageous product.
The solution to warmth escaping from aluminum frames at the edges of glass can be spacer frame (also called as heat frame) application. This kind of frame is made of composite isolating material or stainless special steel. Its' application improves thermal isolation at the edges, which causes glass temperature raise and reduction of possible condensation of water vapour. As a result, relative air humidity can be 10-15% higher, without water vapour appearance.
Point holding system TSSA
Point holding system using Dow Corning® TSSA (Transparent Structural Silicone Adhesive®) technology - its' major advantages are energy efficiency improvements and aesthetic qualities. Lack of drilled holes in the multiple glazed unit minimizes the risk of argon escape from space between glass panes and eliminates thermal bridges.
The glass is made of tempered glass and screened by an electrically conductive screening loop (inside the glazed unit) with a cable connected to its ends, connected to an electrical supply and to an alarm system. The glass of hardened glass breaks into fine blanks on the entire surface of the sheet. This is followed by the destruction of the alarm loop, the breakdown of the electrical circuit and the activation of the alarm.
